I am the last owner at the APHA and that was 3 years ago.

you could try placing a photo ad on the popular internet horse listings sites like equine.com, dreamhorse.com, horsefinders.com etc
another option is to contact stolen horse international and run an online flyer for your gelding. shi does do missing and lost horses as well as in search of and stolen horses. without a photo i doubt you'll get much luck finding him. if they didnt bother putting him there name they are most likely just using a barn name.

Try checking APHA online. You can find out who is the current owner on record.
