How do I install picture frames in Paint Shop Pro 9.0?

I downloaded some picture frames. I tried putting them into the /FRAMES directory and also made sure that directory was in the "FILE LOCATIONS" in preferences. They still do not show. Do they need a special extension to be used?
Thx Nikki... I did rename some of the file to the extension .pfr but they take forever to load and some crash my PSP9. so I renamed to . PspFrame but they didn't show at all.
The files are named: .thm That's how they were in the file I unzipped.
Is there another way to create a .PspFrame or .pfr file via opening the .jpg file and then exporting transparent possibly?
I have thousands of different frames and there are some I'd like to use.
Thx again
