| Oil-based over water-based paint OK?
I need to re-paint much of the interior trim in my house. I am wondering, is it OK to use oil-based paint directly over the glossy water-based (latex) trim paint I applied 2-3 years ago? If it's NOT OK to do this, what is my best (=simplest) option? DH
