| use the odourless paint, i painted my daughters nursery while pregnant, my bf was meant to do it but i was too impatient. i wanted it all done, i was on ladders at 7.5-8mos pregnant - NOT SMART AND NOT CLEVER!!!! i know that now. i dont see why you can tan while BF, but of you are pregnant you def should not be tanning |

| theres people that say you can tann in a tanning bed and then theres aot who say you cant i would ask your doctor about that one and its actually if you feell nothing is going to happen then do it .. but make sure you check first...painting your not supposed to but i noe many people who have these are question to ask your doc but my opinion you shouldnt do either or.. hope i could help somewhat and hope all goes well .. |

| don't tan in a tanning bed ever it increases your risk of skin cancer by about 90% go for spray tans or tinted moistureiser. as far as painting as long as you were a mask when you are sanding and keep the room well ventilated you should be fine |
