A good site where i can email a picture of my oil painting to be assessed?

Hi , last year i won a large and well done oil painting off ebay in a very ornate frame.I cant see any artist name but the painting is not a print and is oil on canvas , and very well done.

I was wonder are there are any Net sites (forums) that allow you to email a picture and they could say if its worth anything or if its just a dud picture and not to worry about it.
