I bought a bumper which is all sanded,primed and all it needs is paint?

I wanted to know is it possible that I paint this myself, its just a small bumper, Should i buy a spray gun what tools would I need..so i can save some $..i dont think spray can would work..thanks
Its a plastic bumper for toyota matrix..
