Painted Lady Butterflies...?

This is a two part question:

I need to know what flowers the painted lady butterfly feeds on
And
What plants the caterpillers of the painted lady butterfly feeds on?
Websites would be very helpful if anyone knows of some good ones.

The caterpillars feed on thistle (Carduus) and nettle (Urtica).
Another field guide adds burdock and that it may be a pest on globe artichokes in the south.

As far as I know adult butterflies do not have any preference in flower species but the Painted Lady mainly inhabits fields, heaths, steppes & meadows avoiding forests.

Favorite butterfly flowers = aster, cosmos, thistle, and buttonbush.

Favorite caterpillar plants = thistle, mallow, hollyhock, malva, and sunflower.
