Painting Doors?

I need to know how to paint the doors in my house. Is it different paint to paint the doors to the outside of my home then the bedroom doors? What kinda paint do I use? Do I have to sand the old paint off or can I just paint over? Please help, I have family coming in this weekend and I need to paint ALL the doors in my house.
Also, what about the window seals and the baseboards? Can I use the same paint or does each thing (baseboards & window seals) each have to be a different kind of paint? I want the window seals and baseboards the same as the doors, which is a different color from the walls!
