Expanding picture to full size in Microsoft paint?

I posted this where it was supposed to go, no answers. So I'll re post it here, I know one of my wonderful fellow P&sers will help! So anyway...I copied and pasted a picture and edited it Microsoft paint. But I can't figure out how to expand it to full size, so that when I re save it it shows up as a full picture. I tried zooming and stretching it. Still does not save full size. I want to use it as an avatar, but I can't figure out how to do it. Any suggestions???
