what can i use to put 2 pictures together apart from paint?

me and my mate(emily) have neva taken a picture together because she thinks she's not pretty enough. i ve tried to persuad her but she just wont do it.i have another picture of her that i took when she wasnt lookin so i was thinking of pasting her face on a picture of me and my other mate(amy) but paint seems to make it look very fake.
is there another programme i can use to paste her face which won't look fake?
