Jeeper has a spectacular aura about
How do you remove paint from another car off of yours?

I have a rental car and I have to turn it back in soon. Last weekend, someone put a small dent in the side of it, and also left some of their paint on it. The rental agency will most likely see this, and charge me some absurd amount of money for something they will never actually repair (the car already has "dings" and what not on it). Anyway, what is the best way to remove this mark? My car is cherry red, theirs was silver. Thanks!

Try 3M fine cut buffing polish, then apply a coat of wax over it to bring the shine back up. It should buff off.

Rubbing compound.

Re-wax the area once it is clean.
