| Removing paint from a gun? I just got a model 70 cheaply because somebody put a horrible homemade camo paint job on it. I took off the laminate stock and got a nice wooden one for it, but the action, barrel and scope still have the hideous paint on them. Does anyone know an easy way to remove the paint without damaging the blueing, or the gloss paint on the barrel? will a heat gun damage the scope? it's a Leupold.      |
