my painted tetra is acting weird hitting the tank side to side help quick?

he is very sick and lost one fin and one eye and has fungus i believe on his mouth (lots of white stuff on the lips or mouth area). i removed him to an isolated tank and used some stuff to cure ick wat else do i do to keep him alive.
