Do oil paints contain lead? Which ones/brands?

I paint with oil colors and have read the box/containers. Some (Daler-Rowney) says "ASTM D 4236 No health labelling required." Another (Winsor-Newton) says that it contains lead. I thought that all brands of oil paints are lead-free, at least in modern times! There is a phone number on the tube which contains lead for health questions. I'll call them, but I also wanted to ask for some other opinions: I have been not-so-careful about getting the paint on my skin and not removing it until after a couple of hours when I'm finished working, thinking that it would not harm me. What do you think? Anybody know much about lead in paint? Should I be concerned?
