a good performing arts school?

what is a good college that offers you to major in performing arts? i need something that's not real expensive, please. and thankssss. any where in the usa will do, i guess. preferably somewhere near arkansas. but, it doesnt have to be an art school, just a school that allows you to major in performing arts. and is good. and, idk if this tells you anything, but im a boy and im in tenth grade.

My friend is into performing arts and the one school she fell in love with was down in Plam Beach Florida. I think it might have been called Palm Beach University. She asaid it was the perfect school for acting and such, she's going in to musical theatre. She said all dance classes were free to students.
