| Question Of A girl with a low budget and a passionate heart for the Theatre Arts?
I am 17 years old, I come from a Very lower middle class family that cannot affordacting classes. I grew up in theatre because my family on my fathers side always had me in these productions growing up when i was little. I have been in theatre classes at school but they dont seem to be getting me anywhere. I haven't been on stage for awhile and i am just dying to perform but with my low income i am told my chances are slim to none. Is this possible? Is there nothing I can do with my situation? Please help?

You keep trying out for plays at school, church and in the community. You get a part time job and start saving. Everyone's chances are slim to none to make it as an actor, it has nothing to do with low income. All actors have to have a day job while they try to break into the business. The best jobs are waitress and bartender. So learn how to be a waitress and learn how to mix drinks. when you are 18 you can go to where the action is , get a job and go for it.
