Philosophy DESCARTES!!!! ????????

Need help with this?? Descartes is confusing???

One day a clear and distince voice echoes through earth and says surprise you have all been living in a world that has been given space, time , and causality to make things easier for your mind. For the first time ever I will let you out into the real world, a world without space, time or causality or you can stay here. You have to choose now. What decision would each philosopher make (descartes) and why. Based on their theories would the be surprised?

Do you think he would go based on his theories of methodic doubt, i think therfore i am, clear and distinct ideas, and god?

I think that he would go becasue he would think the the clear and distinct being is god. God could be testing him and he trust god and god is not a deciver?? i dont know if im on the right track???

anyone have any idea of how to answer this???

Descartes ended up in a bit of quandry. He chose to pull God out of his arse. What he didn't realize was that God, and his certainty of him, could have been just the same as his whole diatribe about the demon. Decartes was never able to realize that he might have been wrong on one, two, or both accounts.

Again, well I give you one answer, but here I can say sometime more.
1. The methodic doubt. Can he proceeds with his method without time and space? I guess no. There canīt be no thinking where there is no time or space.
2. He knows that God is not a deciever, because he has the idea of the "perfect", and the only way to get it, according to Descartes, is by god himself. And if he is perfect, the canīt be a deceiver. Neither canīt put Descartes to such a tricky test, to choose this world or the other.
3. He will not go. There he canīt think, and therefore he canīt be.
