political philosophy, (cont.)? interpretation of the constitution, and views on federal vs state power.

I'm certain you will appreciate it when people do your homework for you.
"Compare and Contrast" is a very good tool for determining who was paying attention in class and actually absorbed any information.
If other people give it to you - we will know.

Wow. People have written entire books about this. Basically, Hamilton believed in a strong central government and Jefferson believed more in a loose confederation of state, with the states retaining the bulk of the power.
(Of course, when Jefferson entered into the agreement for the Louisiana Purchase, to be paid for by the Federal government, he seemed to be OK with the strong central government thing.)
