| I am writing a paper on Epiphenomenal Qualia for my college level Philosophy class.?
This subject has gotten me thinking about a lot of different things especially one question in particular. What do people who were born blind see in their mind? If they have never seen anything through their eyes then what do they picture in their mind? Do they picture anything at all? This is such a sad thing to think about because we take for granted the wonderful gift of sight and I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like to lose my sight or even worse never have had a sight to begin with. I don't know if there is any answers out there I just find it really interesting because even people with 20/20 vision see things differently... 2 ppl with the same exact vision could be looking at the same exact tree but it could look entirely different to them.
