Those examples might be fun to read, especially if they actually attribute "wisdom" to the bees. Wisdom is the substance of "wise" thinking. Bees, ants, etc, only follow the hard wiring nature gave them.
However, can we learn something from the way bees act? I would not say no, but humans could not be found anywhere who would live--voluntarily--in such a static society.

you imagine all those men running round in pantaloons with butterfly nets... How we've moved on.

T.H. Huxley Evolution and Ethics.Prolegomena, 1994

The society formed by the hive Bea fulfills the ideal of the communistic aphorism 'to each according to his needs, from each according to his capacity' Within it, the struggle for existence is limited. Queen, drones and workers have each their allotted sufficiency of food... A thoughtful drone (workers and queens would have no leisure for speculation) with a turn for ethical philosophy, must needs profess himself an intuitive moralist of the purest water. He would point out with perfect justice, that the devotion of the workers to a life of ceaseless toil for a mere subsistence wage, cannot be accounted for either by enlightened selfishness, or by any other sort of utilitarian motives...

personally i prefer coral reefs!
