Are you under 25 years old and strongly influenced by Aristotle type philosophy?

Philosophy of reason. Aristotle or Ayn Rand, or any other type of philosophy based off reason? I know there are a lot more, but these two most influence me. If you are, tell me the philosophy you are studying and follow. Young people and reason is hard to find nowadays so it seems. I know yahoo answers might not be the best place to look.

kind of. i am 17 but i think Buddhism is the true way, and of that zen is best. zen gets down to the true nature of humanity without some of the religous stuff in other forms of buddhism. the thing about Aristotle is that although he did attain enlightenment , he did not attain enlightenment the way he thought he did, which is why few followers ever did.

I am quite fond of Socrates, just because he never claimed to know it all, he was always the first to admit of his faults as a human and that he didn't have all the answers...something quite rare among humans and philosophers.
