What scientific instrument would U use to verify the CONTENT,for example,of an A

to a Why-Q in philosophy? (And pls don't say lie detector tests bec they are scientifically unreliable from the POV of a scientific standard). PET scans are like scanning a black box, so pls don't go there either.

This is a serious philosophy of science and/or psychology Q!
It puts a dent in any reductionist argument bec the only way that such an imagined instrument could work would be measuring "atomic" facts!
