mustang_jenn2005 has a spectacular aura about
Philosophy and Descartes?

Descartes wonders whether the existence of his body (and other physical objects) can be known on the basis of sense experience. He says it is natural to believe that our sensations (i.e. visual images, sounds, touch sensations, tastes, and smells) are caused in us by physical bodies. Why is this? But despite this natural inclination there are philosophical reasons why we should be skeptical about what our sense experiences tell us. What are those reasons?
