There may be something to that. You may have heard of the "Big Crunch"? The theory is that once the universe reaches the limits of its expansion due to the Big Bang, it'll reverse and recollapse on itself, ending as a black hole singularity. It's possible then that there may be another Big Bang after that, starting the process all over again.
