Christian philosophy?

What is the purpose of goods? Use some terms that Augustine uses, in "Confessions" for example, using and enjoying, attachment, detachment, image, concupiscence, etc.

Not sure I understand your question. You want to know why we should be good... or what we should use "goods" (meaning items) for?

Huh?

The purpose of goods is using and enjoying. If it is not used or personally enjoyed it should be sold and the money given to the poor. Why have more them we need? when some have nothing.

Good is defined by purpose. If you don't know what the purpose of something, you have no way of telling if something is good or bad or right or wrong. Good would be defined as something where purpose was accomplished and bad would be something where the purpose was not accomplished.
