| Fellow non-believers: What is your philosophy of life?
What, to you, is the ultimate good, the universally "right?" As a non-believer, I have my perspectives... Also, if you're at all into philosophy, what/who do you tend to related most with (i.e., J.S. Mill, Bentham, Kierkegaard, Nietzsche, Plato, etc)? Have a beautiful day! Ben: hmm... i don't think Nietzsche would take kindly to the label "nihilistic." he is really one of the more misinterpreted philosophers, i think. nihilism=no meaning... remember, he did contend that the WILL TO POWER provides meaning ;-) |

My philosophy of life is to try my best to live my life according to Ethics and apply the Golden Rule of not doing unto others what I would not like they did unto me. I enjoy reading all the four Philosophers above, especially the nihilism of Nietzsche and the classicism of Plato. |
