If you hit someone, are you really hitting someone or are you seeing yourself hitting someone with your eyes?

Maybe you really not actually hitting someone. Maybe you are just seeing yourself hitting someone in this dreamworld you are living.
How do you know what you are seeing is what you are REALLY seeing?
Yaoi, that was scary what you wrote. It can make anyone psychologically mad. Because that means nothing is real at all, and you know nothing.

Well, if you hit someone you would feel it and I hear that in dreams you can't feel anything. Therefore, I assume that so long as you feel yourself hit the person, then you actually hit the person. You are seeing it with your eyes of course, but you aren't in some dream world.
