Philosophy 1010 question- I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!?

I find a small brown paper bag with 50,000 in ten dollar bills n it. I found it on the ground near a house that is a place known where illegal drugs can be purchased. The law says it must be turned into the police, but I will be given a receipt. In 30 days if no one has claimed it, I may have it. For the philosopher's Bentham and Kant, explain what each would say I should do with the money.

For Bentham who believed in " The principle of utility, or as he afterward called it, "the greatest-happiness principle, he will definitely tell you to take the money home and claim it

For Kant, its the opposite, he will tell you to surrender the money to the police and obey the law

This is not an answer, but a suggestion for something to consider. Will the assumed drug dealers know that it was you who got their money after waiting 30 days?? That's very important -- and I would assume that they could find out.
