This doesn;t make any sense whatsoever.

Philosophy would have to be consistant with all educators for this statement to have any value.

What if my philosophy is out of whack? What if I will help all the white kids into college, but deny the black kids? That is a philosophy, but one that is beset wtih prejudices.

What if i have a special class for athletes, to keep their eligibility up but actually not offering them a real education?

I need to know what the working philosophy is to really discuss this idea
