How Do I Become A Dr of Philosophy In Sports Science?

I am currently a Fitness Instructor. I am going to become a personal trainer within the next year. I was looking at related career courses and saw a Dr of Philosophy in Sports Science. I read a description about it and it would be my dream career.
I have no idea how to start or where I'd have to apply. Can anyone help me out please?
