Where can I find a guide to large format photography and darkroom techniques for it?

I had never tried my own printing (being a digital native) untill I started to explore pinhole photography a few months ago using various large self made cameras, using photographic paper as the film. However, having found some old 5x4 dark slides at a camera market and having built a camera to match them I want to try using proper 5x4 film but cant seem to find any information on using this large type of film or any guide on how to develop it.
