I keep a small digital camera for snapshots but for proper photography I still use my Eos 3, Eos 30 and Nikon Fm camera's all three of which are proper film cameras and the FM is fully mechanical which i use without a meter. I also mostly shoot with prime lenses rather than zooms because they do force you to be more creative with your shots. I've considered getting a digital slr but they are crap and gay. Even after years of using film slr's i am still learning new composure techniques and knowing that i can't just delete my shots makes me think before i take each and every one of them rather than just clicking away like an idiot. I suppose there are people with digital slr's out there who are serious about photography but i'll never have the same respect for them as i do people who learned on a proper film camera. |

I'm going to college soon to study film and production, i want to become a hollywood film maker but hey if your into all the photography stuff, you should go to "Brooks institute of photography" in california. They have a great program there and you'll advance on your knowledge of photography!!! EDIT: i got accept there, but refuse to go, they were charging me $30,000 a year for 3 years pfff I'll look elsewhere here's a video I shoot a while back, credits only!!!! http://youtube.com/watch?v=-VUK5TViB2c |
