What do you think of this custom build for a photography computer?

5 star rated on Newegg Intel Motherboard
Intel 2.66GHz Quad Processor
GeForce 512mb 8800GT Video Card
2x Western Digital 7200rpm 3.0gbs/s 640GB hard drives
GSkill 4GB 240-pin DDR2 RAM
Pioneer DVD+R 20x disc drive
OCZ 700W power supply

I'll be using it for Photoshop and school work. Will it this build be very very fast and reliable?

I can make this build for $1093.98, that's including tax

This is a very good computer, especially for what you want to do. If you have the money though, I would reccommend going with dual graphics cards (Sli). Either way, you're mod should work fine.

You really don't need such a powerful graphics card for photography - gaming, yes.
You can save a lot of money going with an AMD phenom and an onboard 780G chipset motherboard.
