Where can I find an online scavenger/photography/collection game?

I've searched a long time for a game suits my ideals. I am looking for a game that you play by scanning or taking pictures of things around a world then turning them into something. Or collecting items until you make something like battle gears with it. And the game involves battling. Like the game Chaotic, in the show they scan monsters in different parts of the whatever world to a collection. If anyone has an answer thank you!
