How can I do Motion Photography with a Point & Shoot?

For a class project I have to take 4 pictures using3 styles of motion photography:

stop motion
panning
subject blur

However, I have to use a point & shoot camera. I am having a very hard time with this. Any suggestions?
I only have a Point & Shoot and my teacher said we should be able to take these kind of pictures.

I don't have the ability to change the aperture or shutter speed that is my problem here.
