You want them all together?
Well, depending on their colors, you should get a contrasting backround color. For example, gray/black cat with pretty blue eyes=red backround.
I have this book about photography and it has an animal portion in it, so you might be able to get a nice book from a bookstore about it. I just went to Borders, but I think I looked through all of the books to see which one was best.

For individuals, put them in one of the side thirds of the picture because it adds more effect instead of them being dead-center.
You could have them all sitting together with the cat and dog next to each other, the rabbit in front, and the guinea pigs doing whatever represents their personalities. Unless they don't get along...

Animal Photography. Please help!!!?

Alright, so I have seven pets. A cat, a dog, a rabbit, and four guinea pigs. I've been trying to get the perfect pictures of them. I was first inspired by one of my friends on DeviantART.
Does anyone have any good tips on:

settings/backgrounds?
Or maybe where I could get some inspiration from. I really wanna take some good pics, so if someone can please help me think of a good setting to base it on, or what to use in that setting or as a background, or where I can go online to find some good ideas, that would be really helpful!
no. this will not be a group shot. at least not with the cat. but my dog loves my cat, rabbit, and the guinea pigs. she treats the guinea pigs like her own puppies! it's so cute!

surly not a group shot! the carnivores will eat the caveys...
just spend time with them and take lots of shots. the cat will be the most difficult because cats don't pose (atleast mine won't)
