| Is selective desaturation possible with film photography? Or is this something that is only possible with digital imaging and photo editing software?      |

| Using film, the colour saturation has to do with at least three things. * choice of film * exposure control * lighting (quality, angle and other possibilties) And maybe a fourth ... cross processing (processing transparency film -- E6 -- in C41 chemistry) You can however scan the negative or transparency and use the resulting image file in Photoshop to adjust the file any way you want. |
