| I really suggest that you consider either acquiring some formal training, either as a student at a school or as the assistant to a professional. The market is very tough and you need to really be skilled to make decent money on a long term basis. Assisting a pro is also a great way to network for when you decide to work for yourself. As for scouting agencies, photographers usually seek out companies and clients, and not the other way around until they have some sort of name recognition. You may want to find out what kind of companies or ad agencies would be interested in your work and try to interview with an art director once you have a portfolio to show. |
