Are there any good photography schools that I can do all the work...

...on-line?And mail in my work? I've heard of www.nyip.com and I've sent off for information.And I sent off for info on the http://www.academyart.edu/ but not sure if I would be able to do all the work online for it.And also what are the price rangs of the schools?And is there a grant or payment plan for them?Thanks for any help you can give.
