what do you think of this picture (Photography)?

what do you think of this? as far as photography goes.....give me your critique.

to answer a few questions.....the model is me

yes it is awkward because my foot slipped as the timer went off. its turned a bit strangely.

and umm...im new to this soo whats "composition IMO" ?
