| A 3ccd Sony or Canon would be my choice. Something with a good optical zoom. Also a good tripod. Avid is a good editing program, have a hunt around or ask in camcorder of answers for a good cheaper program. Camera work: Nice framing (have the car driving into the frame is pleasing), generally good skills, some work needed on smoothness - panning and zooming, a tripod would be most useful. If you can set up on the back of a pick up truck of something to add some elevation. Images where a bit murky, open the aperture a but if you can, also use manual focus if possible. Also use some low angles and mix it up a bit, have a shot list before you go filming might be useful. Editing: Transitions were mostly strong. Some cuts were a bit rough. Good choice of music. Well done, go forth and prosper. Study and practice. a |

| Not too bad for a first attempt. * shoot from an angle that gives you better lighting * Get a fluid head for your tripod. * get a camera with a longer lens (shoot tight shots and wide shots and then edit them together) * use shorter cuts in your video ... you can cut to the music. |
