Juicy J has a spectacular aura about
simple "line" photography i can do in a floridian backyard?

?
Is this what you mean? http://www.betterphoto.com/gallery/dynoG...

If so, it is just using good control of your lighting.

If not, please explain more fully

Yes, i was looking at that website and those were perfect examples, but I live nowhere near anything LIKE that. I have no macro or telephotic zoom lens, so my choices are rather limited. I'm using a Nikon FM2 with a 50mm lens.
This is my assignment

"Line is the main subject. The quality of line you should deal with is a thin line. There are many different categories of line; natural or actual lines, and implied lines. Be aware that there is a line every every photopgraph. The goal of this assignment is to make line the most impiortant element. Do not deal with thick wide or bold lines, as there are more often shapes extending through space rather than line
