I am a mature student looking for a digital photography course (1 year max)

in either London or New York? I am 33 and wanting to change my current career path. My primary interest is in dance photography with a view to using it in advertising. I need a course that has a more hands on and practical approach, includes digital manipulation and incorporates a business element ? I am willing to study in both London and New York. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks
