| Putting together a sports photography portfolio?
In my former profession, I worked as the Sports Editor for a daily newspaper, and I have a folder on my laptop of all of the good pictures I took during my time with that job.
I'm working on applying for a new job as a News Photographer for a local broadcasting station, and they need me to turn in my portfolio. The problem is that I have no idea how to come about creating one. I could always ask them, but of course, I want to sound like a professional that knows what he's doing while applying for a job!
What kind of folder do I need to put these photos in? What size do the photos need to be? How should the portfolio itself be arranged? I need to have something quick, by Tuesday morning, so what is the quickest, easiest, but most professional-looking way to create a portfolio that will mainly consist of sports and action shots?
