Photography at SUNY colleges?

I want to go to a SUNY to major in anthropology. I don't want to major in photography, but I am interested in it. I know that not all colleges offer photography as a major, but is it safe to assume that all SUNYS will have at least some sort of photography program? I would think that if pretty much all high schools have them, why shouldn't colleges?
