| HELP!! physics power factor question?
in a LR series circuit with 188V rms and 52hz source with 39 mH and 28ohm resistor. What is the power factor of this circuit? I found XL to be 12.7423 ohms. and tried to find power factor using.. tan^-1 = (XL/R), but I kept getting wrong answer. can anyone walk me through the process to figure this out? Thank you. |
