Anna K has a spectacular aura about
Physics help?!?

I have no idea how to do these two. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What is the voltage across a circuit with two 164 ohm resistors in parallel, if 0.6 A of current passes through it?

What is the potential difference across a 114 ohm resistor if there is a current through it of 240 mA?

Rothenstein B has a spectacular aura about
the equivalent resistance of the two identical resistors in parallel is R/2 and so
a). U=IR/2=0.6x164/2=49.2 V (1)
b). U=IR=114x0.240=27.36 V (2)

A simple guy has a spectacular aura about
wow, this is basic electric..

V = I x R

For task 1:

For resistors in parallel the total end resistor value, R_total is:
1/R_total = 1/R1 + 1/R2 ----> R_total = (R1 x R2) / (R1+R2)

V = I x R_total

Task 2:

Potential difference is the same as Voltage..

V = I x R
