Can you help with these two last physics questions?

If a spacecraft orbited the earth at a distance equal to the Earth-moon distance, what would be it's period? Meaning how long would it take for it to make a complete orbit?

A spacecraft travels at 7 km/s with respect to the Earth. Suppose it projects a capsule backward at 7 km/s with respect to the craft. The capsule will _____. ( use one to a few words)
