| Physics-Magnetic Fields? A copper ring (oriented in the plane of the paper) has a radus of 2.00 cm (2x10^-2 m) and a resistance of 2.00x10^-8 ohms. A magnetic feld is directed in a direction into the paper. The magnitude of this magnetic feld decreases at a constant rate from .500 T to .000 in a time interval of .0200 seconds. What is the current, I, in the ring during this time interval? Is the current direction clockwise or counterclockwise? I tried this so many ways, but I can't figure out how to work this problem using all the variables I was given. Please help! |
