A loop in the form o f arighty triangle with one side of 40.0 cm and a hypotenuse of 50.0 cm lies in a plane perpendicular to a uniform magnetic field of 550mT. What is the flux through the loop?

Flux is the surface integral of a vector field. Integral in this case is a fancy way of saying area (sum of all vectors) so the answer would be 1/2(40)*30cm^2*550mT or 330000mT*cm^2
